Filet a flounder with ease!

Haven’t tried it yet, but I like the flexibility good for like fluke flatfish

My collection continues to grow. I have not been able to use my new super flex yet, but from past experiences I am sure it will perform flawlessly.

Well I haven’t been able to use it yet but I can already tell just by holding it in my hand and the flex it has it’s going to be super good. I’m comparing to my 9 inch flexi and it’s considerably more flexible which will be much better on trout- I’m use to using Bubba Blade battery filet and these knives are so much more comfortable for an old man!!

So far I'm satisfied. Used it to butcher my deer

My Mate approves, said it was one of the sharpest knives he ever used on a Tuna.

I'm a fishing guide and I've used just about everything they make. Get rid of the electric knives the gimmick knives and go with SORD.

Excellent fillet knives

The flexy did an excellent job filleting the Trigger Fish and Scamp Grouper! Love the gun handle grip!

Have the 7”& 9” Have not had a chance to use them yet, But look very well made and feel really good in my hand. Definitely razor sharp.
