RETURN POLICY

Here at SORD Fishing Products we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all items sold. If you are not satisfied with the products that you’ve purchased, please contact us to send your product back for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your account on the day that the item has been received and should reflect on your bank statement within 4 weeks of the return. For products purchased by an authorized dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact them for more information.

LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

We are dedicated to providing our customers with nothing but the best. Our lifetime warranty covers:

  1. Any defects on the product that occur outside of normal wear and tear
  2. Any "life happens" moments, like you accidentally ran the blade over in the parking lot

What the warranty does not cover: 

  1. Blades that have been neglected
  2. Blades that have been intentionally damaged

If you have received a product from us that is defective outside of normal wear and tear please email steven@sordtools.com with the information below:

  1. A short description of what happened to the product.

  2. A picture of the defective product.

  3. Your name and address where we can send you a new product.

  4. If possible, please provide the order number that you received when you purchased the product.
